

They Would ComeThe cops would come just like in the movies. They would come down from the ceiling and take out the bad guys . They had to come. I had seen the bad guys waiting patiently in line, never looking around calm and collected, as the old man in front of them took his time.They Would Come
Then they were next. In one fluid motion they put on their masks and raised their weapons from there concealed slumber. The people around them screamed, and got to the ground as the bad guys barked orders.

Floating Away The cool water seemed to seep into me rushing through the cracks of my sun baked skin, and shooting relief and comfort through my burnt body. It had been hours since I had felt water, and my body seemed to groan at the luxury it had thought it lost when I choice to take up the mans offer. Mountain Tops 2The old man could hear the soft drips of water as they ran down the side of the cave before collapsing into a shallow pool. He slowly walked closer to the water and kneeling dipped a finger into the water. It was warm like the air. He looked farther down into the cave and seeing only darkness he frowned. Looking around he found a handful of pebbles. He moved the pebbles slowly in his hand, and putting them close to his mouth whispered a few faint words before taking one of the pebbles and flicking it into the darkness. An Eventual End.She was pacing back and forth across the room, and with each step her anger grew. The candles on the table had become nothing more then short stumps, the wax melted, and the fire that they once proudly held gone. He should have been home hours ago.
